On my return flight, there was no big deal about waiting for people and I took pictures (with the time, well into 10 minutes before they were letting people board). I need to know if I can get credit for that portion of the ticket that wasn't used, and I will be writing to them next. They said they were paging me, I never heard it, and then they admitted they were saying my name wrong. I had to go and purchase another ticket on another flight due to this, costing me over $200.00.
